Myra Y. Irizarry Reddy is the Director of Government Affairs and Industry Relations for the Professional Beauty Association (PBA). Myra spends her time researching and analyzing various issues affecting the professional beauty industry including local, state and federal legislation. She creates and writes advocacy campaigns, policy positions, and testimony. Prior to joining PBA, she served as a staff member for the U.S. Senate, U.S. House, the Texas State Legislature, and the California State Assembly. During her tenure at the University of Texas at Dallas, where she earned a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science, Myra participated in the Essex School Methodological and
Analytical Data Analysis Program at the University of Essex in Colchester, England. She also earned a Master of Arts Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Myra’s greatest joys are her two children Sofia and Maddox, her
husband Aaron, and dog, Maggie.
With many years of franchise experience, Tiffany is a key member of the Fantastic Sams marketing team with Asher Agency and works directly with both Co-Op Markets and Independent Marketing Programs developing strategies to push new guest counts and guest retention in addition to managing the web portal for salons across the country. Tiffany has also worked with Subway Restaurants focused with local store marketing initiatives to meet sales goals.

As Director of Digital at Asher Agency, Brandon guides the digital media team on the development and implementation of digital strategy, including social media, content, web and SEO/SEM. Brandon’s digital team focuses on both consumer and recruitment campaigns. Brandon previously worked for Do it Best Corp., where he managed daily operations of DoitBest.com, as well as marketing the co-op’s SEO, PPC, retargeting, display network ad and affiliate programs.
Emanuel "Trevelle" Baker, Sr. is known as a precision cutter from Virginia Beach to Houston, Texas. He has a broad range of knowledge and technical skills in the industry that propels him above the rest. He was an outstanding apprentice for one of the top barber shops in Virginia for several years. Once receiving his barber license, he dedicated his time to the industry and received a multitude of awards and recognition in the field. Knowing that there was a need for successful educated men in the industry, he moved on to get his instructor's license to not only make a change in the industry but be a role model for upcoming barbers.
With over 25 years in the industry and a wealth of knowledge, Trevelle has had the pleasure to work with major brands, manufacturers and schools throughout Virginia and abroad. He has now partnered with Esquire Barber Team at Farouk Systems for the next stage of his career. Now he works alongside some of the top barbers in the company and prides himself in staying on trend to educate, motivate and recreate both on and off stage, on-set and internationally with the company. Currently he is working to become a Certified Colorist to add to his continued success.
AK began his career in hairdressing in 1994. He joined TIGI 1996 and began building and retaining a successful clientele over the next decade. His success lies grounded in being involved in several leadership positions such as being asked to be a participant two national ad campaigns for TIGI and having his work featured in Harper’s Bazaar and W magazines. He’s been the Director of Education for the TIGI Hairdressing Academy, a salon director and became a financial partner with the company for 12 years before eventually cashing out in order to spend more time with his beautiful family: wife Helen and children Honour, Sovereign and Eminence.
As TIGI’s Director of Education, AK is an educational advocate for TIGI’s National Accounts and is currently responsible for developing the ongoing relationship with Fantastic Sams. This includes liaising with Fantastic Sams Salon, Education and Leadership teams in order to ensure education and retail needs are being met at every level.
Haley has worked with TIGI as an educator, session stylist and hairdresser since 1998. She has helped represent the TIGI brand and lifestyle throughout the world by educating in salons, academies and at hair shows, as well as through video collections. Behind the scenes, Murphy shares his gift with the world-renowned Miss Universie Organization, styling contestants for the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants.

Pope the Barber was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She decided to become a barber right out of high school as she had previous experience and a love for the art, cutting at high school events and local art shows. Ten years later, her passion has led her to where she is now; an international barber and platform educator as well as barber shop owner of Vatican Barbershop in Santa Ana, California. The creative culture of L.A. and everywhere she has traveled internationally has broadened her neo-traditional skills as she applies all the various techniques she has learned worldwide to her craft. She is now one of the most well-known female barbers in the world and hopes to spread her love and passion for the industry through continuously learning and educating.
Sofia found her niche by focusing solely on barbering, and now she has earned her reputation as one of America's best female barbers. Sofia was sponsored by top barbering brand, Pacinosin 2015, and contributed to Pacinos - The App Volume 3, the most downloaded app for education in the barbering industry, by showcasing one of her how-to hairstyles. Sofia is currently a member of the BaBylissPRO barber team where she serves as an educator. She enjoys traveling the world cutting in different locations, attending showcases, educating others, and experiencing the lifestyle and culture of the barbering art form to further her knowledge and growth as an artist. Over the past decade, her goal has remained the same: to fuse her knowledge of barbering and cosmetology, and serve as a source of inspiration for others in the field.

John Radu was born in Budapest, Hungary and currently resides in Calgary, Canada where he is the owner of Cannibale Barber Studio. He did not know that he wanted to go into hairdressing until after his mother (who was a hairdresser) passed away. Now, John has been in the industry for seventeen years and finds inspiration in fashion, as well as the streets and cities around the world. When asked what drew him to TIGI in the first place, John said “I prepped at a TIGI show backstage with James Morrison, and that is when I got started with TIGI.” Over the years, he has had a hand in several events with TIGI, including World Release, Chicago ABS, Premiere Orlando, ISSE, and more!
Joel Torres joined the TIGI Team over 17 years ago in his native Puerto Rico, but has since relocated to the TIGI Learning Lab in Dallas, Texas. Working with his mentor, Thomas Osborn, he has worked to develop education for TIGI with a particular emphasis on men's education.
Joel is internationally renowned for producing poignant creative work, having been published in Italian Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, and numerous TIGI education collections and international beauty shows. A New York Fashion Week veteran, Joel Torres used his unique fashion, beauty, and photography experiences to craft a distinct educational voice for the hairdressing community through how-to videos and collaborations on social media. Joel has had the opportunity to develop his craft with guidance from hairdressing legend Anthony Mascolo, and looks forward to continued success within the TIGI family.
Renee Valerie grew up in Sydney, Australia where she started her career with TIGI. Since taking up the position of Technical Education Director at the TIGI Academy New York, the US has firmly become Renee’s home.
Renee started in the industry in 2001 and is inspired by fashion, art, her home, and youth culture. When asked what drew her to TIGI in the first place, Renee said: ‘their dedication to education and ability to always keep me inspired’. Renee works on TIGI technical education throughout the Americas as well as global shows and collections.
With more than 25 years of experience, Toronto-based Rocky Vitelli serves as a trailblazer for innovation in the professional beauty industry. Inspired by fashion, he believes that hair has a direct influence on the success of an overall look. Vitelli is known for creating haute couture hair on-stage that can be easily translated into edgy, off the runway looks.
As a Farouk Systems Global Board Artist and international educator, Vitelli produces progressive haircuts that are often used for trend collections and in editorial pieces. Some of his accolades include being awarded four times as Canadian Hairstylist of the Year and styling for numerous high-profile events. Vitelli can be found styling at New York and Toronto Fashion Week as well as the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants. More recently, Vitelli made a guest appearance on The Celebrity Apprentice as a CHI Artist. Back in Toronto, Vitelli spends his days bringing worldwide fashion to his clientele.
