Who is the decorating company for the Exhibit Hall?

What is the maximum allowable height of hard panels or building structures?

  • All hard panels or building structures cannot exceed the maximum height of 12 feet.
  • All surfaces that will be exposed to site lines will need to be covered in black or white or branded with the company's logo or similar.
  • This will help eliminate other exhibitors from exposing obtrusive looking surfaces to Show attendees and will create a uniform Show appearance for everyone.

What are the rules about Signage and Banners?

  • Banners will not be allowed to hang lower than 16 feet from the ceiling. (Bottom of banner cannot extend past the 16 ft mark from the ceiling down.)
  • All standing banners cannot exceed the maximum height of 12 feet.
  • All banner widths cannot exceed 16 feet.
  • Each 10x10 exhibitor booth will be allowed to hang or construct one banner per booth; they must stay within the booth guidelines.
  • No one exhibit booth or display/signage can extend or protrude into another exhibitor's booth.
  • All aisles must be clear of any exhibit materials or signage/banners during show hours.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • Booth cancellations prior to July 1 2016 will be refunded 50% of their payment.
  • Booth cancellations after July 1, 2016 will forfeit 100% of their payment.
